2.- Vehicle Registration

We need:

• The vehicle registration for each unit

• This applies to one truck or a small fleet
  

3.- What if the DOT owner will NOT be driving?

Then the insurance company requires proof of trucking industry experience (minimum 3 years).

This proof can include:

• Previous trucking contracts

• Lease agreements

• Pay stubs

• Tax documents

• Any documentation that proves real trucking industry experience

This experience can replace the CDL requirement.
