CARB Brings a Free Spanish-Language Trucking Workshop to TruckNet
On November 4, 2026, TruckNet will host the Border Region Trucking Alliance (BRTA) Workshop, organized by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). This free event will provide information and technical assistance to medium- and heavy-duty vehicle owners, operators, and commercial fleets.
At RoadKing Insurance, we’re pleased to share this opportunity with our community. Our office is located inside TruckNet in Otay Mesa, making this event especially meaningful to us. Truckers will be able to access valuable resources right where we work and serve them every day.
An Opportunity to Learn and Ask Questions
The workshop will be conducted entirely in Spanish. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about CARB programs, ask questions, and speak directly with specialists about their operations.
Topics will include:
Heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles.
Infrastructure for zero-emission vehicles.
The Clean Truck Check program.
Regulatory compliance.
Incentives and support programs.
The event will also offer individual technical assistance for commercial fleets and a zero-emission vehicle showcase, giving attendees a chance to explore these technologies firsthand.

Being located inside TruckNet allows us to stay connected with owners, drivers, and fleets. We understand the importance of accessible spaces where trucking professionals can learn, ask questions, and connect with experts.
That’s why we’re helping spread the word about this workshop and encouraging our community to take advantage of it. CARB is organizing the event, TruckNet is the venue, and RoadKing Insurance is sharing the invitation as part of our commitment to the trucking community.
